With used equipment the staff is always happy to cut a fair deal, and their repair staff is really quick and efficient (I've had them do some repairs in a couple minutes while I waited). On top of it all they are professional, and incredibly nice and, frankly, happy. It shows that they enjoy what they do and I simply enjoy going in.
