  I DON'T even want to give them any STARS. They have terrible customer service even when their isn't many people in the store. They make people feel UNCOMFORTABLE. They don't know how to treat all their costumers EQUALLY, NOT Friendly or Helpful. There were only two ladies that were helpful out all the times I have been there (they knew how treat their customers, unfortunately I didn't get their names otherwise I would have said that the rest of them needed to be trained by them.) They need to learn from their other family brand store Associates, they are tops down 100% better in treating their customers. They NEED to get trained like the others. This is not the first time they have done this. I am also a family brand credit card holder. Spare yourself the frustration.
