  I bought an xmas ham here this year and it was gobsmackingly delicious. A Texan at our table said it was the best ham she’d ever eaten. A Texan. Those people know their meat. Kyle was kind when I ordered. B+b called when the ham arrived. And gave us cooking tips when we picked it up. You guys rock. Thanks for being damn tasty and super nice.

  After spending days calling around to try and find veal bones, only to be told the smallest amount I could get was 60 lbs. I made a call here and got a 10 pound order. They were kind and willing to work with me. This shop just got a life long customer due to amazing service
