- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 19, 2020, by Lizette SandovalThe staff was nice but super awkward and weird. They don't communicate with you at all or make you feel comfortable. When we got there they didn't give us any details of how everything works, since we're beginners and never left our cat anywhere it was new to us. They didn't show as the room where our baby was staying or nothing. Once we picked up our cat they didn't bother on telling us anything about our cat, like how she behaved, if she ate or did anything at all. So yeah we're not taking our cat here again.
