  I absolutely love this place! I manage a plumbing company in Vancouver, WA and a few months ago we were in need of a new computer. Being a lover of mac, I found CityMac online. Sure enough when I called, they had the mac mini I was looking for, and the monitor hook ups that 2 other stores did not carry. The person that helped me said they would hold it for me till I could pick it up, took my card info, and held it for an entire week till I was able to make my way over there! I went back a 2nd time w/ my own macbook pro, and they were able to remove a bug I got on it over 2 yrs ago that I had tried reading up on and removing several times prior unsuccessfully. With such great experiences, I went there AGAIN to buy another mac mini, and just like my prior experiences, I was treated w/ great customer service, and they had everything ready for me exactly as I requested, prior to pick up! Not only were they courteous, but I showed up 10m to close and they still were all smiles and treated me as if wasn't an inconvenience (which if you have ever gone into a business right b4 closing.. you know what I'm talking about). Overall, the staff and store manager here are very kind and educated. They also always have what I need in stock so that is great! Highly recommend
