  We used them about a year and a half ago for a nasty mice problem at our church in Beaverton and haven’t had an issue since then. We are on the maintenance plan which keeps the problem at bay because of a large apartment complex next door and another neighbor with a chicken coop. They gave us a discount because our building is a church and also a discount off of the repairs to keep them out. We had two doors with small gaps that gave access to the mice and they installed new rubber under the door. Mike, bill, and Richard all helped me out and the office girls were helpful when we had a billing issue and got the problem fixed fast. Alex
