  I just fired Fireside, due to their maintenance. I was a customer several years (that is on me because they were never able to fix my family room fireplace well enough for it to last one year although it did not get heavy use). After waiting weeks and over Christmas, I had another appointment no-show no-call yesterday I called the office today and demanded to speak to a supervisor who could tell me why, the phone was transferred, I sat through a litany of commercials about their great products and ultimately the line went dead after several minutes, so I could not fire them in person. I guess this is how they choose to do business.
