I called Fixoid when my computer stopped working suddenly and after I was unable to fix or diagnose the problem myself. The gentleman on the phone knew what the problem was immediately and recommended I purchase a new computer. I was able to bring my old computer in for diagnosis and data retrieval, then they loaded the retrieved data onto my new computer for a reasonable cost, then recycled my old computer. The service was prompt. I encountered 3 different techs and they were all knowledgable, efficient, friendly, and super helpful regarding every step of this transition process. The hours are convenient, too. I came here based on google reviews and my initial phone encounter. I highly recommend their services to folks out there using The Google.
