  We purchased a fairly high end faucet from George Norman (Grohe brand) that ended up not being what we were looking for. Pressure was poor and the faucet kept dripping after turning it off. We came in hoping to get a new faucet (and a new brand) to replace it. Saleswoman had a hard time believing this and needed convincing that it wasn't our water hook up or installation that was the problem, but the faucet itself. Eventually she gave us a few options which we loved. Our contractor was willing to detach our current faucet and come pick up our new choice on Monday, but we were told that they can't put the faucet on hold.... We were basically told "good luck," hopefully it will be there on Monday. She took our information down which was nice in addition to the model we were interested in purchasing. But...... you can't put something you have in stock on hold for just two days? We felt that we were pressured to just buy it now rather than stick to our plan. Update: Even though we had given them our name and phone number in addition to the exact part we needed.... we arrived today to pick it up and they had no clue where our information was. The woman who helped us this past weekend said she had taken down our information but it looks like she was not being honest. I am hoping this is the last time we will have to deal with this business.
