  I was looking to create a custom engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiancée!) and found Jim by stumbling on an image of one of his designs and fell in love with his work. I enjoyed the idea of collaborating together on a concept and creating something that would uniquely fit her personality and lifestyle. From our first email exchange Jim was professional, thoughtful, and most especially creative in helping me develop the ring. In the early phases we exchanged drawings and inspirational images until we felt we had reached a good design. Jim then made a wax prototype which we used to iterate two more times until I was 100% satisfied with the design. The day Jim finished the ring he shipped it quickly to me across the U.S. It arrived the next day, and I asked her to marry me that night. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
