  Came in to the store today with my husband and 2 small kids with the simple goal of finding a slim fit white shirt. Easy right? We knew the size we needed but for the life of us could not find it. There were 4 people working and not one person offered to help us. Two of the employees were flirting at the counter and obviously more interested in themselves than helping us. There we no other customers in the store. We EVEN asked politely where we could find the size we needed- they waved us toward the back of the store and that was all the help we received. We wasted nearly 30 minutes looking through the store. We have been to other Jos. A. Bank stores numerous times and this is by far the worst store I have ever been to. Poor customer service. Poorly organized, clothes with garbage laying around; This is the tall-tell sign of a store about to close. Obviously under incredibly poor management, and staffed by people who could careless about where they work. We went to Nordstroms had great customer service - in and out and for less than what we would have paid at Jos. A. Bank. Don't waste your time at Jos. A. Bank
