  Great staff with no pressure. They tell you all the options, the cost, and follow-up when the item is ready of if they have any questions. I prefer Beards to Micheals or other framers because Beard's specializes in framing and their customer service cannot be beat.

  I was in a pinch to get a piece framed for a gift and it was my first time at this store. I needed it for Valentine’s day with a same-day turnaround time. Not only was the employee able to do it but she was very helpful in providing me all the available options and brainstorming with me. It came back exceptionally well done. I don’t recall her name but I believe she was the store manager; a true asset to the company. This will be my go to for all future framing needs because of my experience.
