  Excellent costumer service! When my mother admitted she had no idea where to start, Courtney, the flooring specialist, patiently guided us through all our pricing & flooring options. She respected our space and decision to install floors ourselves, provided honest opinions, searched on her computer for complete flooring model pictures for our visual reference, and even created a profile account for my mother to lock in the sales price for 30 days in case my mom didn't find desirable flooring elsewhere. We left with free floor samples, printed sales quotes, and smiles on our faces. It's reassuring when staff are so informative and kind! After comparing prices with 3 other local box stores, we discovered Lumber Liquidators is the most affordable and efficient. Best way to go!

  Consistently poor communication and understaffed. 4 small parking spaces, usually full and very tight for trucks to park. Usually 1 hour + to pick up basic materials that have already been paid for.
