  The Mac counter at Macy's lloyd center is ridiculously unprofessional!!! Not to mention they didn't have 4 out of 7 items I went there to purchase. The woman helping me (I use that term lightly) spoke with me for a few minutes, she acted as if she were going to pull my products, then after 20 minutes I go look fot her she was helping someone new!! I will never waste my time there again!! Here on out I'll purchase my makeup from a Mac store or online.

  Went with my gfs to buy makeup..had trouble getting anyone to even come over to help us. Then when a girl did come over, i tried to explain what i was looking for..she showed me one product(a swatch on her arm) and that was it. Not too great! The MAC counter was alittle better, but not very friendly. For a "higher end" makeup experience, i jus expected more.
