  Forever my favorite go to place. I had called and asked about different types of whiskey that they had, and the man I talked to was just so rude, and didn't seem to really want to help me. So I went into the store. When I got there, I was immediately greeted by a really professional, nice, and helpful looking young woman. I was extremely frustrated and kind of came at her grouchy and she listened to my problem, and then SHE apologized. After that, she went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Not only did she do her job PERFECTLY, she also made me feel comfortable and asked me how my day was going, and asked me if there was an occasion I was getting some bottles for, really just kept the conversation going and she was just so easy to talk to. A genuine person. Menlo Park Liquor Store's customers are lucky to have JUANITA there to help and insure absolutely perfect customer service.
