  Over a year ago I bought two of their best suits (Pronto Uomo) in a 2-for-1 deal, along with a bunch of shirts, ties, and a pair of dress shoes. After they altered them to my size, at first-fitting the suits looked great. Within a few wearings, however, I noticed puckering around the seams and lumps in the shoulders. (No, I did not gain nor lose weight.) No amount of professional dry cleaning and pressing can remove the puckers and lumps. Within the last few months, most of the ties have loose threads, and the heel on the shoe has separated. Note that I hang my clothes correctly and wear these two suits maybe only 40-50 days per year, so it's not that I've abused the clothes, it's just that they are poor quality. The customer service was attentive and friendly my first couple trips to the store (Lloyd Mall in Portland, OR). When I returned after three months to see about replacement slacks (left slacks at a hotel never to be seen again), not only did two sales people tell me they were impossible to replace, they actually laughed at me for losing them. I will not be going back.

  Best Customer service from VENDALA!!! I bought multiple suits from her. got fitted perfectly. she had a window open for me to come in and I received an undivided attention. she took her time to make sure i picked the right suit for my wedding. I was not rushed at all. She is the only person I would ever consider. go see her if you are looking for a suit!
