  Service maybe, sales no. I understand this place gets great reviews for servicing sewing machines and i'm not knocking that, but for sales you might want to try elsewhere as the experience here is very poor. 1) -they try to sell you a machine that is much above your price range 2)-they are very condescending to new sewers. We wanted to buy local instead from the internet, but abrupt and rude sales tactics had us going to another store in town where they actually value consumers and want return business. Good luck with your 1970's mentality of car sales business because you will need it to be relevant in the future. Modern Domestic store is not that far away, better sales, friendlier staff, oh and cooler store.
