We ordered a rug they knew was not in stock but they let us purchase and said that we'd be notified in a week about delivery. We asked specifically if this items was available, I was told, "all these items are available". We called when we heard not word about rug. They stalled us some more and finally called us back days later saying the rug won't be in stock for 4 months. They outright lied to us to get this sale. I will never purchase anything from this store and will tell this story as often as possible to friends, family and colleagues about their poor customer service.

We like the runner rug we purchased, however, it had to be special ordered and it arrived with the endcap misaligned. They were happy to replace it, but when the replacement arrived, it had the adhesive glue slopped on the rug. We decided to just keep the first one. No mention was made of redoing it a third time, but neither did we press it.
