Staff at printing center had little knowledge on how to do their own jobs. As a customer I should not have to direct them in how to do their job. One associate had skinny jeans on and pulled so far down you could see his underwear hanging out. No name tags on, inappropriate conversations infront of customers and checking they're cellphones while we were waiting on them. Left this store as an unsatisfied customer.
