He offered to help me use a paper cutter that was really difficult for me to figure out and was so friendly while doing so! There was an employee named Gilbert who was very very rude to 2 different customers that I witnessed and was very belittling and borderline yelling at another employee in front of me. Worst professionalism I've witnessed in a long time. I'm only leaving 5 stars because Andrew provided such above and beyond customer service.
