Even to the extent of laying out larger tiles from the warehouse and sending me a photo of what they looked like. From ordering to shipping to delivery, she was very helpful, especially when there was a glitch with the shipper. I could not have asked for greater customer support. The granite tile we ordered was beautiful and wonderful quality.
