  These people are amazing - absolutely a dream to work with! From the first time I called, until I checked my equipment back in, Pro Sound & Lighting made the process so easy and pleasant, I will never rent from any shop again. Jeb, in particular was friendly and professional, giving me incredibly clear instructions on how to set up the equipment, and still made himself available (via phone) to clarify, step by step, when I encountered questions while setting up for my event. They even remembered who I was when I called back to rent again. This kind of customer service you can't buy. Its just who they are.

  Great staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Purchased amps, speakers, mixers, parts and rentals on multiple occasions from them; the prices are very fair, the service is great and all around a good company to do business with.
