  I can Absolutely agree with the other Review that stated they have 'Absolutely Zero Customer Loyalty' You could visit this location 100 times and not get noticed. Yet it's the same staff outside usually, a friendly 'Hello' or 'Welcome Back' would be nice. Or just good service would be a wonderful start! The attitude from the one man who pumps gas, which I've had multiple times. He is never polite, not to me at least. His attitude starts with his own personal frustration, Because he simply dosent understand how the gas door opens on most Volkswagen Vehicles. It's a much nicer more expensive car and has different features. It dosent have a finger catch on the gas door. Which he dosent understand. Multiple times I've had to explain it. Several times I've left. I don't need the attitude and unwillingness to even slow down, show some respect and learn how to open it. He will shout it's broken, go somewhere else. Um...it's a new car. It's not broken. It simply needs a slight push on the left side and it pops open. Like pretty much all Volkswagen Jetta's. Anyways... today I didn't have time to drive elsewhere. So I got out of the car and poped it open. He hands back my card and tells me to leave. He dosent want to give me service! I demand he pump my gas immediately or I'm going onside to get the Manager. He quickly snatches the car back and shouts at me about how much I want and what type. Then proceeds to slam the gas pump into my car and walk off. I'm in a hurry today getting my Son to the Dr. Or I would have really raised hell. This is not okay! He comes back several min later and takes it out. Then shouts through the window where my son is sitting. "There, now get out of here". Ok! Don't come to my country and yell at me to get lost buddy. That's not how the world works. Your In America, either Legally or Illegally. I don't care. But you show some respect and be thankful to be in America. Be thankful to have that job. Because there are plenty of other people who can pump gas, Without the attitude! Also learn how to open the gas door on more expensive cars, or go work at somewhere like ASTRO or ARCO. Where people with decent cars don't buy their gas. Maybe your horrible attitude will fit in there. Not at Shell! Shell is a company that prides itself in Great Gas, at a fair price with Excellent Customer Service. Now I can't speak for the staff inside. I always pay at the pump. But I can tell you, I won't visit this location again. I'll go across the street where I won't be yelled at and the staff knows how to treat people. I will make sure to tell all family and friends to avoid this location. This person needs to be fired or at least apoligizing would be a start. But I won't be returning to give him the option. I'm fed up. Too many times I've gotten attitude from this guy. Clearly has no respect for anyone. He really needs to be thankful to be here and have a job and needs to treat everyone the same. Hispanic, White, Black, Everyone. I don't need his attitude and nor does anyone else. #Attitude@the pump #NeverFuel@Shell
