- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 06, 2020, by Bobby Otwellif i could give snow peak customer service a -5 star i would, i returned a defective tent almost a month ago with no reply back, so when i called (wyatt) he did not even remember anything about it and said a store credit was my only option. he went on about a big deal they were working with REI, buyer beware if you have issues with theire products.
