  If I could give a negative star review I would. Sonitrol is a company I will NEVER recommend to ANY of my family and friends who own companies. My friend went through a terrible event at his business and Sonitrols alarm system caught it all on their “audio sensors”, but decided it wasn’t urgent enough to let the business owner know about it, which led to over $9,000 in damage that HE had to pay for. Sonitrol never even apologized. They are also WAY more expensive than their competitors. We switched over to a different system and are paying a fraction of the cost with a much better alarm system that ACTUALLY alarms us when things occur. Don’t waste your money on Sonitrol. They will screw you over in the end. Sonitrol will never have my business and I will never recommend them to anybody I know.
