  My spouse and I used the promotion from ATT where you could trade in a paid off iphone 6 in good condition and get an iphone 7 for no charge (via monthly credits over a 2 year period). I have contacted ATT 7 times and they 'can't find' where we did this promotion. All in all - this store literally stole our paid for iphone 6's. For those that don't do math - that is over $1200 this store has stolen and can't seem to make right.

  The stuff doesn't even know their own policy. I had to pay 266 dollars for relocating my DIRECTV , they said it would be free. Even the stuff said it was free. A lot of it is a scam.
