  I've always had good luck with this store, but I don't go at prime hours either. The last 2 times been very happy they took the time to set up my devices and transfer all data..

  Have tried calling this store 10+ times “all representatives are currently busy” just want to know if I need to bring my iPhone to AT&T or Apple Store. Obviously the Apple store cause AT&T doesn’t care at all.

  We went in here to change our rate plan and add another phone onto my account. The information we were told at time of sale was either a complete lie or the sales associate didn't know what he was talking about. Was told how and when to change my plan to make the most effective change over. Two bills later and I am still dealing with large charges that were never talked about or mentioned. Went back into store to discuss my bill and ask about the fees and was talked down to and treated pretty rudely. I asked them to explain pro-rated charges to me and they could not. I needed help to just understand the charges on my bill and they just kept blaming AT&T (the company they work for) for a lack of ease on understanding the billing system. I will not be working with this store in the future and hopefully they can turn things around.
