Went in because my Iphone 6s home button went out. The gal that helped me was very blahhhhhhhhh. Not sure how she is working in customer service, not impressed at all. I didn't get her name but she made me feel like I was bothering her even though the store had zero customers and had just opened. They put in an order for a new phone that I am supposed to pick up tomorrow. The gal will be there tomorrow and I will get her name. Hopefully she was just having a rough day (10:15 am, the store has been open for 15 mins) and I would get some help without feeling like I have inconvenienced someone even though they are getting paid to assist people. Will update soon!

The employee was super nice and trying to help us out, but the manager guy I don't know what it's called. He was super rude to the employees and telling them to hurry up and finish helping us. When my dad and I had a lot of questions. And he asked us to move out of the way but instead of asking us nicely he just said "fellas, we need to make space" and he didn't even help customers. He just stood around his employees on their backs and criticizing them. I feel bad for the employees there. Giving 2 stars cause the employee helped us really well.
