    Customer service by Alex seemed to be quite good at the time of leaving Verizon to take TMobile service, but charges and fees were not explained well to my parents, even upon asking for more in depth details. Only current generation phones that were on the shelf were offered, I had to ask about other, more cost effective phones that were options, and she got a new galaxy 6 from the back to save money. Products were added (case and screen protector) to one phone, and prices were not given, instead we were just told they would be heavily discounted at the time of sale. Again, numbers were asked for and avoided by the commissioned sales rep. The mobile car plug-and-play device was offered at $2 per month, but we come to find out it's actually $12. An additional $60 was on the the monthly bill also. The 2 products that were to be "heavily discounted" were rung up at $100. A day later my folks went in for a second service account, and the exact same thing happened yet again. Details were not given when asked, they were overcharged the $60 again. After seeing the initial actual bill my folks had to go back in and speak to the store manager to fix the problems with the account. I am a sales manager myself, and I would never allow this activity to happen under my watch. Any employee with such terrible ethics should not be in a commission based pay structure, or they will bend the rules to get a check. I do not have a problem with paying a profit, but having your staff not clearly outline all charges before taking payment is not only unethical, but 100% unacceptable in 2017. This is by far the worst retail experience I have been a part of in years. I could not disagree more with their business practices.
