  When I asked a direct question, the salesperson lied to me. He grabbed a case and told me that was included. When I saw the price as being 90$ I asked, he said again it was included. He also said the case came with a warranty but tried to sell additional warranty. This place is worse that a used car dealer.

  The guy that I asked to help me told me that my data and text messages have not been sending for the past month because I have a cracked screen with ought even pulling up any account information. Horrible service
