  8 months ago me and my wife wanted to lease phones through the jump on-demand program. This was what we thought we were agreeing to. Nope, they pulled a fast one and placed only one phone on the lease and the other as a purchase agreement. We only found out because of a higher pymt on one of them. As soon as the 18 mo lease ends we will be leaving t-mobile after 15 yrs with them. They refused to make it right. We hold some responsibility for not reading documents carefully. We should not have trusted sales person. They must be cons working on commission. Good bye T-Mobile!

  Went into lower my bill. I cant remember the workers name but he said he was adding us to the T-Mobile ONE program. He also got us a tablet which he said was free (with a monthly credit) but it would cost 10 dollars a month for it. So our bill with "No Hidden Fees" should have totaled $110 even. My Bill this month is $165. Higher than it was then before we went in. Had to call not only the store, which was a joke, the people who work here are not concerned about the customer. Spoke to some nasty girl who was rude, unconcerned, and a bit vulgar. We finally had to call T-Mobiles customer Service line and though it was insane we eventually got it down where it was supposed to be. Don't use this store ever. there are some shady people who work here.

  The representatives lied a lot. They told me that there were no more of the Iphone I want in all T-mobile stores. I got curious because the worker didn't even check, so I called other branches and there were some that was selling them. Also they said they were getting shipments the next day and to come and get it, but I called first and another rep said there were no shipments coming. The service was horrible, I recommend going to a different T-mobile then this one.
