  Had such a good experience with them! I know next to nothing about wine, but had a few details about what kind of wine the people I were buying for would like. They were able to easily find just what I didn't know I was looking for and the wine was a huge hit.

  Well, I am generally not one to get all prissy about rude staff, ESPECIALLY at Vinopolis, but unfortunately they do exist and work at this shop. Pretentious, unhelpful, outright rude, neglectful... I am a returning customer, and on my last visit I even brought in some friends, who all bought wine, yet, I was ignored when I asked a question, I was asked to move aside so the lady could help the guy behind me, then as I stood there, in awe, waiting to be rung up, while the equally as rude man asked the woman behind me if she needed help. I put my bottles of wine down and waited outside for my friends to finish keeping these jerks in business. Life's too short for such snobbery. Next!
