  They refuse to answer their phone, or they put you on hold and never pick up. I live farther away from walmart, so I can't just drive in and see. I have to call in to ask. But if no one picks up their phone, how can buy anything from there? (I was on hold for 15 minutes, with no one picking up) I then proceeded to call, but someone there would only disconnect me or put me on hold without even saying "hello" i wasnt even rude. I just needed to know if they carried a particular item in stock.

  A very courteous and helpful person took care of my need for a rare power cable today. It sounds like no big deal, but it made a huge difference to me and saved the day for my small business. For being so knowledgeable and professional, while serving a panicking and difficult customer (me) she should be promoted!

  I had my bicycle chained,cabled & thrice locked. I was only in store for 40mins & SOMEBODY tried to steal my bike!!!! I can't afford to have it stolen let alone app $200 worth of repair to get it running again. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. FUNNIEST part is im the one Walmart is busy watching & following. Morons. You definitely didn't save me any money!!! No longer a customer. Thank all there's other places to shop. Oh & this just happened This last Tuesday nyte
