  Brought in a couple watches that needed repairs and batteries and they were able to quickly help for a reasonable price. Also let me bring in my dog while I waited.

  If you are a watch lover, this store is for you. Alex and his staff are top notch. A little bit about my experience: I pre-ordered a limited edition watch with Sam Robb. His communication while I impatiently waited was excellent. Normally I do not consider myself a high maintenance client, but I kind of was in this case. He was very patient with me responding to my emails. When the watch came in they walked me through the purchase and that was all very professional. The part I was exceptionally impressed was that I had a couple other watches that had minor issues and the service was excellent. I was expecting a bill for those minor issues, but they were very appreciative of the business and it was complementary when it didn't have to be. I have found my watch dealer. They have received a customer for life because of their stellar customer service.

  Simply the best watch dealer/repair shop in Portland. Whether they are changing out a battery on your Casio or helping you pick out a Rolex: this crew is the most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful I've dealt with in Portland. I will be their customer for life!
